These people are professional liars. ORDERED a Hammerhead and everytime i called they made up a story. SHELBY decided to tell me the hammerhead shipped, but there was no tracking number to give me 10 days and a bunch of bad stories. GOOD LUCK with these shady business tactics. Charged the credit card and asked did we want to proceed with the order. NO i just wanted to give Sunplay 2000.00 dollars for no product(terrible liars).
Absolutely worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with, took months to resolve a dispute that left a customer of mine hanging while Sunplay dragged their feet never returning calls or even answering the phone. Would not reccomend this company to anyone, even my worst enemy. Only reason they are getting a star is because I cant leave them a 0 star review. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Deceitful !! Quick to take an order on "in stock items" but they never actually ship anything. Had to file a BBB complaint because there is no one who actually works there, or at least picks up the phone or answers emails. I suspect they are in Financial trouble
We purchased the able light bulb for 75.00 upon receipt it did not work. We contacted the company to return it or exchange it. They refused to pay shipping so we shipped it and tracked that they received the package. They will NOT refund us or send a working replacement, they will also not return any of multiple emails or phone calls. I WISH we would have read the reviews and ordered else ware!!!!
The worst experience Iâve had with an online company in my life!! Places an Instock expedited order a week ago and my order has not shipped! Paid 58.95 for express shipping!! No way to speak with a live person! They NEVER ANSWER! They never call you back! Submitted my complaint through their email service and have gotten nowhere. Canât help feeling scammed!
