Warning! Do not buy from this company. They do not issue refunds. If the products they sell you are defective, they will refer you to 3rd party to try and get your money back. Bought a check valve from them that was defective within a say, they would not issue a refund. Stay Away!

Please do not do business with this company. They are taking orders and not shipping. It appears that they may be in bankruptcy and engaged in deceptive business practices. Their customer service reps, particularly Arianna, are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I do not understand how this can go on for so many customers for so long as apparent as you can see in reviews.

If I could leave zero, or a negative amount of stars I would! Sunplay provided one of the most horrible shopping experiences for me yet. I only hope I have the opportunity to speak with Someone in a management position. I made my original purchase 10/10/2019. I must have called in 20 times and sent a dozen emails. Arianna in particular, a person on their customer service team, was one of the most unprofessional, apathetic and disrespectful customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. Placed an order on August 16th, 2019. It is now September 16th, 2019 and I still have no product nor a refund. Out $233 and customer service just hangs up. Nothing but frauds so steer clear.!

This place is a joke sent me the wrong part and will not respond to my phone calls or e-mails. Also charged me for two..Never took it out of the box..Buyer beware.!!

Sunplay dropped us off their account after 10 days claiming they would not be interested in accounts that had dirty/high maintenance spas after calling and sharing factual pictures of sand debris in the bottom of our spa just one day after the technician serviced it. Sunplay also claimed we complained about our initial service and about a our spa cover. Don't know where that came from. The initial service was good and our cover we only wanted them to replace it. I will never order from this company again. I think they are a scam. Poor customer service and can't get any answers on the item I ordered. I keep getting the run around. Will be calling the credit card company to cancel my order that still hasn't arrived.

Advertised 5-7 day free shipping on my order. After 3 weeks, no update and no shipment. After my email to customer service went unanswered for 4 days, I called and was promised expedited delivery. My order arrived with half of my order and no update. Called and waited over an hour on hold before reaching someone and emailed again. No response yet again so had to call again.
