A great doctor he was mine and then my sons.
They haven’t been answering my calls and I’ve been wheezing all night with no inhaler. I have asthma. I just want a new inhaler and they haven’t been picking up any of my calls. They better hope they are on a lunch break right now. I’ve called once at 11 AM once at 12 PM once at 1 PM and no answer.
My daughter is a patient of a different pediatrician in the same clinic as Dr Swenson. We scheduled a sick visit for her on a Saturday. Dr Swenson was careful, concerned, and informative and ended up sending us to the ER at Primary Children's Hospital. Dr Swenson stopped in at Primary to visit my daughter and to consult with her attending physician later that Saturday afternoon AND his office called me on Monday morning to make sure she was doing better. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Dr. Swensen has been my daughters pediatrician since the day she was born. We are frequently without insurance because my husband is self employed. Dr. Swensens office is incredibly accommodating regarding our lack of insurance. We have always felt with Dr. Swensen our daughter will get the health care she needs regardless of our ability to pay.
