Purchased my first cosplay wig here. I've never worn a wig and had no idea how to put it on or tighten it, but the clerks walked me through everything. I wasn't treated poorly for not knowing - they were very warm and helpful, and didn't make me feel silly for asking questions. The selection was ideal, everything was well displayed, and I was in and out quickly.
I was an inconvenience to both Jade and the other working today. I've been in many times so they knew me. Nothing I wanted was in stock. I will not go back.
