Hello to all my fellow Minnesota residents do not spend your money here. They are selling fake products and non-human hair. I just spoke to Lisa and Jade who had the worst customer service and are extremely unprofessional. They charge triple for hair that they advertise as human however it is not. Do not waste your money with these ignorant people. Located at 2938 Lyndale Ave S Minneapolis MN.
I am SOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!! I literally paid $900 for my wig and it has silver hairs in it. Literally never wasting my money here again! They are a total joke for a wig company. They should have given me the quality I PAID FOR SMFH!!! 🤬😤🤬😤🤬😤
I love the Minneapolis store but I recently ordered online and it’s been three weeks and after three emails and two online chats no one can tell me where my order is. They literally told me that they were busy launching a new line and were too busy to check on my extension order. They said the order was received but after three weeks has not shipped and cannot tell me why. I called the Minneapolis store and received great service and hope to have extensions soon. I finally came back over the weekend to get a wig (my natural hair is severely damaged) and I was so impressed with how professional and friendly the staff is. They made me feel comfortable and assisted me with my decision. The store has everything you need for hair care and the decor is beautiful! I'll definitely be a regular customer!
They helped me try on SO many wigs until I found THE ONE. I finally feel like I have a paper of myself back now that chemo is over. THANK YOU � Words could never express what you have done for me!
