The company was recently purchased. No one was told except when it was too late. My lawn sat there burning up with a broken pipe and I had no idea there was a new company and then learned that they no longer handle residential accounts. Great! I asked when I was supposed to learn about this. I was told that they were telling me now. Do not ever do business with these people.The person who answered the phone was rude and short and basically hung up. Bad bad bad.
Not professional. I called to schedule an estimate they said someone will call back (Lori) and no one ever called. I called the next day and they stated that Lori (apparently is the only one able to schedule appointments) is not in but I can leave a message in her vm and she will get back to me the next day. Unbelievable!
