Love this community. Kelsey was the sweet young lady who showed me the apartment and she was very informative on the layout and amenities.Today I signed my lease with her and she was very helpful and went through all the information with me.
I’ve had a great experience at Sunnydale since moving in last summer. Holly, the Assistant Property Manager, was extremely helpful in renewing my lease and walking me through the process. Office staff have been very responsive and maintenance staff quickly addressed minor issues. I’m very happy with my decision to live in Sunnydale Apartments.
I scheduled a tour to view this apartment complex with my sister. I’m leaving a 5 star due to the lady that toured us Tina, she was very patient with us, described everything into detail on what the complex offered there tenants. I’ve been through many tours and they are all pushy and the customer service and patience is never there. I’d recommend this complex just because the experience with Tina, but these apartments are nice, they offer what my sister was looking for and they’re affordable seemed to be well maintenance.
