They scammed me out of $200. I paid $100 in application fees for my fiancé and I. Then another $100 to hold the apartment. I basically just gave them $200. They somehow didn’t screen my fiancé and told me I would have to reapply. They’re not getting another $200 from me.
All the leasing staff is so kind and helpful. Kelsey was who I worked with mostly and she is a huge asset for the application process and answering all of the little questions, she even made sure I got into a unit with a balcony! The apartment I just moved into was clean with mostly newer appliances and a fresh layer of paint. They also reglazed the kitchen sink/tub. Very welcoming after moving from several states away!
Kelsey helps me out a lot she's always nice and manable when I come never in a rush answer every thing correctly . Also she's a really sweet person
I worked with Kelsey, Dallas, and Trenton and they were great!
They Need to fix their front doors!! Half of their security lock front doors are broken. Most of their patio screen doors are hanging crooked.
