They need to keep up with maintenance. Bathroom toilet always running, need new baseboards in the bathroom. Need to figure out how to open the kitchen drawer without hitting the stove. Any then that it's cool. I work for genreal motors so I see everything that can be fixed.
If you're looking for a nice place to live this is not it. I've lived here 4 years and every year I have had something happen. First year my catalytic converter was stolen off my car twice in their parking lot. They allowed an old lady to harass the neighborhood and plant flowers in front of my window. Their lawn people broke something of mine.They told me to prove it. Every work order I put in, Does not get completed but online they will mark that it is. I moved in 6 months ago and have been nothing short of disappointed. When I first moved in my toilet didn’t work because it wasn’t properly attached to the floor due to a pipe not fitting correctly. My ceilings also have clear water damage, which I did not complain about at first because it didn’t really affect anything but since we’re airing out problems, that’s one of them, another one being the dishwasher barely works, even after being “fixed”.
