I lived at 901 NE Ave, years ago. I always thought the apt was fair price, good value for the neighborhood. The company was always fair and maintained the property. I would recommend renting from them.
They present a nicely cleaned Apartment to show. Reality is it is a roach infested and scary environment with unsavory people. The laundry room is such that you would not want to step foot in… Absolutely disgusting. I’m afraid to come home once it’s dark out. No way to live. And I do live there even if my user name is not recognized
