Owners very rude. Hyde Park is a community yet I have seen her grouch at people for letting their dog sniff et cetera. She has private property signs all over her building. Hyde Park has a lot of people who love to walk and bike. If she doesn't like that I don't see why she should be selling property here. I would Go to a realtor who respects the neighborhood and understands that she's selling in. I would not do bussiness here..
