Had my first appointment at Sunny Bay today and had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and the office is really nice. I’m really glad I found them.
While on vacation, I suddenly developed pain in my mouth and feel incredibly lucky that the first dentist I called - Sunnybay Dental - said “come in and we will see you right away.” Each of the six people I interacted - from the receptionist to Dr Leah - were so warm and empathetic. When it was determined I needed a root canal, they persisted in calling several oral surgeons in an effort to help me get relief. My first trip to the dentist in years (someone who struggles with medical anxiety) and they melted all of my worries away here! Everyone was so professional and kind- thank you to Brittany and Dr. Sa for making me feel so welcome and so taken care of!!!
As a person who has always been a little apprehensive about going to the dentist, I will 100% recommend this practice! Both Drs. Sa and Lia, along with every staff member I had interaction with, are amazing! These ladies are knowledgeable, personable, trustworthy, and honest. Genuinely nice to be around. They took the time to explain every procedure and cost in detail. They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire visit and it was painless!!! Make an appointment! You will be glad you did!
