Avoid the 1616 Broadway Schenectady Branch and the Rotterdam Altamont Avenue Branch. The new designs are unorganized and slow. 15 to 20 people were helped before me because I was depositing one buisness check and I cant use the ATMs inside they try to force everyone to use. Took me 25 minutes to deposit one check. The Glenville is the only branch locally that still resembles a bank.
Quick response online. An issue came up earlier where I needed a new ATM card. I got one in the office (Latham) in less than 15 minutes. I also enjoyed the "Home buyers Workshop" Sunmark offered. It was very thorough.
