Ever since they have opened additional locations, their customer service has went downhill. It is a shame.
Being friendly and very client centered. I was emotionally touched that the bank called me on my birthday to sing happy birthday. Recently, my Mother passed and she'd sing me happy birthday. I was really moved. Also, Tim Forman Senior Wealth Manager has been excellent and assisted my family with transfer of wealth . By making banking a little more convienent and not lying to people and having ATMs that actually work and a electronic system that when you call in actually tells you your balance instead of not being able to recognize you pin
Great place to bank. Especially since they don’t charge a lot of the ‘fees’ other banks do.
