Wouldn’t recommend a refinance through here. Experience was below stellar and made me jump through more hoops than when I was buying a house for the refinance. I’m the end it was a lot of wasted time, energy and money for them only to tell me my rate expired and need to start the process all over again when it was them that dragged their feet and constantly changed the goal posts on me.

Set up an account have been calling weekly for the last month and a half still have no access to my account. Will not recommend if it’s not fixed by my next bill will be closing my account and switching banks.
We have had probem after problem since getting our account set up and running. Inconsistent answers, misinformation, issuing incorrect debit cards and numerous issues with items being entered incorrectly. Extremely disappointed with their account services and ability to fix their issues in a timely manner. Not what I would expect from a credit union.

My wife and I spoke with and received quotes from multiple mortgage companies. Not only did Sunmark beat all closing costs and offer the lowest rate they also have Jose Camilo. Truth be told even if our rate and closing costs were higher we still would have went with Sunmark because of Jose. Incredible guy, knows all of his products and competitors like the back of his hand and ALWAYS picked up our text and calls no matter what day or hour.
