Lost appointment, then told he didn't NEED my business – Had an appointment today, called to let them know I was running about 5 minutes late due to the rain and an accident on 620. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I tried booking a teeth whitening appointment, called 4 separate times, nobody would return my call. The 5th phone call I finally got an appointment. The "manager" Steve called to confirm my appointment 3 separate times (guess he couldn't remember which location). This tanning salon is like no other....AMAZING! – Once you walk in you know you are not in your typical tanning salon. Professional staff members greet you and get you in your favorite tanning bed, mystic tan booth, or with you airbrush tech asap. The place is more like a spa. Very quiet, zen, and clean. The beds work great. Only 12 minuties and you are out the door. Free bottled water.
