Our daughter saw Alexa Connors for several months, and was quite attached to her. In a single session, Alexa abruptly and unexpectedly cancelled our therapy. It was traumatic for us and for our daughter, and it was very upsetting. Worse, the explanation she gave was confusing and contradictory.
