Absolutely worst ambulette company in westchester...please for your sake and the sake of your sick loved ones do not use this company...like one review said, They are the ones writing the 5 star reviews, so have no doubt that the 1 star review are from real customers....The drivers are incompetent, disrespectful, with no etiquette. The dispatchers are rude and unorganized they never send anybody on time and always have excuses...this business should be closed down i will have the department of labor investigate this company.... read more

The reviews are correct. Don’t use sunlight if you want to be on time. I scheduled for 11 . Nobody called to say they’d be late. I called and the manager said his driver would be there at 12 or 12.30. My mom and I were hoping for a fun day out, but unfortunately she can’t go out because the event we want to go to ends too early. Please save your self disappointment and use someone else. Lovedale is more expensive but they are reliable.
Best service around town. Would definitely recommend!
