Quiet-Best Decision Made I have live at Sunlake for eight months and it was the best decision made. They have helpful staff and they even give you an air conditioning filter every month. The pool is very close to my apartment and very relaxing. If you are looking for a quiet apartment community this is the place to live!!
Would not recommend I would not suggest Polo Run to anyone. It is run by Tonti Management, a rental company that owns much of the rental property in the area. As such, the company does not seem concerned about professionalism or individual renters. Also surprisingly with the size of the company, I had an issue with my washer and wasn't able to get a maintenance person there for a week because the one employed at Polo Run was on vacation, and Tonti Management couldn't bring an employee from their apartments next door. Do not live here! These apartments are cheap, old, and dirty! Everything in the apartment breaks. It is suppose to be gated but the gate is only closed at 8 pm. The roaches are huge and disgusting! I had VERY large roaches everyday in my apartment, and they just sent someone to spray. Roaches are everywhere. The a/c is always breaking. You can hear every little thing. Do not live here, you will be disappointed!

Sunlake Apartments honestly, the apartment setting is average. However, once inside things become slightly below average... The appliances and cabinetry are very old. There is also about 500 coats of paint on the walls. The upside is that there is plenty of space throughout the apartment for storage, and for normal furniture. The building has easy access to the lake, and is close to plenty of convenient shopping centers, and the airport. The view Sun lake apartments are clean and quiet. The pool and the tennis court is awesome. The best view of lake Pontchartrain. would've gave 5 stars but had to pay for pool key :-).
Great Apartment Love this apartment!! Lots of storage, very big, nice back patio and close to Lake Ponchatrain! The appliances are outdated and as a result, your electric bill will go up some. But rent is very reasonable and management very friendly.
Small but enough Very small space but overall not bad at all. Great for a single person or maybe a childless couple. Pluses are the W/D in every unit, the convienient location to everything, and friendly staff. Negative are the super thin walls. My neighbors entire conversations can be heard as well as the opening and closing of the closets and cabinets.
Cute, Safe and Efficient I have been a resident of Polo Run for the last two years. When I first moved in, i was looking for an apartment that was efficient enough for one person with all of the amenities in one place. The apartment is very small but the price is fair considering there is a washer and dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
