Disgusting Not only are the staff rude but the reply’s to reviews are rude and shows their unprofessionalism. Tonti Management might as well change their name because their reputation is horrendous.

Rude personal Not polite, all of them talk very rude over the phone like you are guilty for something or owe them something. You have to keep asking your questions so she can actually give you a full answer. Very lazy and fed up ppl on the phone, bad customer service. They try to make it as hard as possible to get the apartment actually and she says she won't show the apartment until you pay application fee and fill out all the legal paperwork ,before seeing apartment and figuring out if you like it or not. CONSIDERING ELSEWHERE!!! The staff here is biased. MEGAN has a very nasty attitude and is a liar. She puts on an act in front on the manager who takes her side per hearsay. My partner and I were considering moving here until we encountered her. When we went to put in our deposit (which I was under the impression that was $450), she had a very unpleasant attitude and stated that it would be $550 instead because we were getting a two bedroom instead of a one bedroom. The security deposits vary regarding 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms which all office personnel explain at the time of showing an apartment model. Horrible management The office staff is rude. The manager Kim is extremely rude with zero customer relation. The pools are not kept up. The air conditioners are old and outdated. The parking lot is horrible. My car has been hit, keyed, and I’m consistently having to climb In through my passenger side door because people cannot park properly and Kim the manager refuses to do anything. Maintenance people are really nice and have always been quick with the few issues I’ve had.

Poor Management Do not rent here because of the following: the rent continues to increase monthly; the Management refuses to address loud residents making noises; the pool water is always green; and the office workers are rude!

I recommend living here! I lived there for two years and for the most part the service was always good, the staff was quick responding to maintenance calls, also the apartments are big and comfortable and the prices were very affordable for the area. The area was conveniently located and close to everything which made me really happy. As with any older building, some maintenance is usually required and sometimes you can hear the neighbors, but that wasn’t a big issue for the most part.

HORRIBLE Full of con artists. Through constant refusal to properly maintain the property, we have dealt with numerous HEALTH HAZARDS and when we try to obtain a explanation or them to address the problem they respond with attempting to shift blame on us. Evicting my family of two currently because my fiancee is pregnant and we are in a one bedroom is unethical and repulsive. Constant pest problems, horrible complex overall!

We are sorry to hear that this tenant had a negative experience during their stay with the Sunlake Apartments. They were not evicted. We offered to work with them to transfer to a larger apartment. Their family was growing and they needed a larger unit. They decided to move elsewhere and gave us a 30 day notice to vacate. We want all of our residents to have an enjoyable living experience and regret we were unable to satisfy this tenant.
