We have been working with Kristy at Sunizo to provide painting and general maintenance services for over a year. Kristy has been wonderful to work with! She is dedicated, hard working, very communicative, and is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have!
Run away, RUN AWAY!!! Horrible . Read the lease!!! You are responsible for everything except for the roof and walls. The original windows on my building\unit were installed improperly before I rented. This led to the leak traveling around the office wall tile. When discovered mold had ruined the bottom of all the drywall. It was reported and we made the repairs ourself as they did not respond. Documented with photos.
