I have the highest respect for Dr. Philips. She takes the time to listen, explore options and treatment plans and make excellent recommendations for specialists. I never mind waiting for my appointment because I know she is giving her full attention and help to another patient that needs her...and she'll do the same for me.

She is meticulous and compassionate. As a healthcare provider I am glad she is my PCP. Provides education woven into the visit in a caring and collaborative learning model. I highly recommend her.

She is the worst doctor I'know....she replaced Dr. Bishop, who was great...I'd say more, but it would get ugly.

Outside of long wait times and visits that aren't thorough, the thing that put me over the edge was a routine wellness checkup. I received a bill for over $1000 from an out of state hospital that did my lab work. Wellness check ups are supposed to be 100% covered by my insurance, but why did they send my lab work to an out of state hospital, seems like the most expensive way to do lab work. Then, she lied to me saying she resolved it, but when I called the hospital they never heard from her.

After nearly two years with Dr. Phillips I wouldn't consider changing doctors. Best I have had in Plano in many years. Genuinely interested in overall patient health. Substantially helped me with two chronic conditions (high blood pressure and diabetes). Thorough discussion of all exam and test results in terms I can understand is greatly appreciated. I think she has ensured I got appropriate medications as well as necessary referrals to specialists. Great nurses and office staff.

I selected Dr. Philips on the recommendation of my sister and I have been very satisfied with her knowledge, her patience in listening to the patient, asking questions about the problem and then diagnosing the problem or ordering the relevant tests that will enable her to make a proper diagnosis. In this world of rushing everywhere it is a very welcome development that you can go to a doctor that treats you like an important human being and listens to you.
