Horrible customer service. No response to emails, no response to phone call...
So, I ordered my frames on the 28th of October and I have yet to receive any notifications about shipping or issues with my order. I work full time so I had to have my mom call them just to get some kind of communication. They told her some story about how they had to have the frames shipped from Italy and they would be here by the 22nd. Well it's the 27th as I write this and I still have nothing.
