To date I have still not received an order placed for Christmas on Dec.17. They will not return phone calls or answer email.

Can't get a hold of customer service, no response to email. This place is a joke.
FRAUDULENT. THERE'S DEFINITELY SOMETHING WRONG HERE. ALL CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN SAYING THE EXACT SAME THING. THEY ORDERED GLASSES, NEVER SHOWED UP. THEY TOOK MY MONEY, AND HAD NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. Have since then reported them to Better Business Bureau, on www.bbb.com hoping they will address the issues of many customers who have had similar experiences ordering from this company. If you want to spend your money, time and get nothing - welcome to sunglass Oasis. Support doesn`t work, order didn`t sent, but you will charged! I hope I will be able to get my money back from this assholes.
These reviews must be fake. Check the yelp review. Most recent orders you will never get the glass. There are ton of complains not receiving orders including mine. Fast shipping? what a joke.
