I ordered online and they never sent the package and charged me, never refunded after I reached out several times. They won't email back and won't answer the phone. This place is a scam
After I have paid $394 through PayPal, Why I have not received my two orders on your website: Order #20296 on 8. Janurary 2018, and Order # 20796 on 18. January 2018 yet? More than one month I have tried to call your phone number of your website 1-888-627-4721, no answer! I have sent many emails to your website support@sunglassoasis.com, no answer! I give you 3 days to contact me and send my two orders soon as you can, Or you must refund my money back to my PayPal account soon as you can!
made an order 27 nov, today 20 feb still i didn't receive it, and no refund!!!
I ordered a pair of sunglasses December 27 and I have not received them yet. I sent an email got a response saying they were on back order and would ship the following week that was Feb 1st still no shades. I sent another email asking to cancel the order and week ago with no reply back. Well I finally decided to file a claim with my CC and guess what I got a call from someone but I missed it tried calling back no response.
Ordered sunglasses almost 4 months ago. Never received them. Contacted them over 10 times. Now have to dispute with credit card company. They didnt offer any information on the actual order, no confirmation of shipping, no offer for refund. Terrible
I dont want give any stars for Sunglass Oasis. I purchased my sun glasses on Nov, 2017. Now on Feb 2018. I did not get my items or refund when i emailed to cancel. *** Please, Dont purchase from this Store. I dont want people happen like me. I wonder Is the Reviews real ?
