Had some panels installed a few years ago and then later added more. After yesterday's storm, my roof started leaking and when a roofer went up to look at it this morning he found many broken tiles. No one has been on my roof since Sungate. The least they could have done was tell me they damaged the roof. I give them no stars.
We are thrilled with our solar system and find it exciting to go on PG&E's web site and see the drop in energy that we are purchasing from them. We found Sungate to be efficient, quick, and responsive to our questions and desires. All their personnel handled our installation in an extremely professional manner. Sales person was very professional - not pushy but provided right information as we asked and did not blind us with numbers or science. Installation and inspection handled very efficiently, cleanly and fast. All staff very courteous, polite and customer focused. My wife and I were very impressed by the professionalism of Sungate team from sales person to installer. The insulation was done in a timely manner I was impressed by installer's solar technical knowledge, cleanness of the job he did and his friendly personalty. All and all we had a great experience with Sungate. I will call Sungate again in the future for more solar panels instlations.
