Are you going to answer the phone or what? My family bought a solar battery through this company and it is having issues. We've attempted to reach out multiple times and have been left out to dry. To be honest, if you're still in business, expect a lawsuit soon. I'll update this when someone reaches out.

Since getting a backup battery system for my house, I have lost power dozens of times due to the battery system failure. When the power goes out in my neighborhood, my battery system rarely has worked. After trying to get technical help for months, Walter came to my property to fix the system. He was professional and courteous. He explained that he had to replace a large portion of his staff because they weren't taking proper care of the customers.
