My client was planning to transfer their care to this agency, but after the unprofessional treatment I received while simply inquiring about the process, we have decided not to. It feels like standards have dropped and anyone is now allowed to run a home care agency. Experiences like this unfortunately hurt the reputation of the agencies that truly maintain high professional standards.
PLEASE Stay completely and as far as possible from this Suppose to Be HomeCare, The staff is Unprofessional and Not caring at all of you or your loved one, The fact that they think is ok to treat people with negativity in a Place of Business that’s suppose to be able to take care of your loved one and take stress away but they are just rude and disgusting. Sad. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOMECARE PLEASE!

I’m writing this to warn others about a very concerning experience with this home care agency. My aunt works here as a caregiver and has repeatedly not been paid on time, despite being set up on direct deposit. On several occasions, her pay has either been delayed or her checks have actually bounced. At one point, the owner, Claramil, issued her a personal check days later which also bounced.
