I had a lot of issues with this company. Communication was very poor. It took 3 weeks and multiple follow-ups to schedule an initial phone call, even though I outlined the time-sensitive nature of the project. The staffer was sure to respond to my initial email and not follow ups so it couldn’t be forwarded along. Sunflower Creations: Best of the Best. What do you do with a property that failed to sell w/another agent? Well - 1st you hire Joan Mozenter @ Compass RE who excels at selling expired listings. I sold this house in under 30 days. Great price. But - Why is that special? The house - built in 1850 - needed a total renovation. If sold to a developer - it would have gotten pennies on the dollar.
