I just recently moved here. The upkeep of the building is great, but the apartments are old and outdated. The apartment that I moved into was not the apartment that I initially applied for or wanted. There are water stains in the bathroom and hallway closet that look like it was from an old water leak. I took pictures of everything to document so I’m not charged for anything when I move out. The building and location itself is nice but management is terrible and does nothing to fix any problems. I had someone steal my groceries after they moved in for ONE day and had proof of it and management did nothing about it. A week later my packages and other residents packages were getting stolen and once again they said there’s nothing they can do about it and are allowing people’s property to get stolen and they take no responsibility on any theft. The apartment itself is very spacious, pool is deep and clean, it’s a good neighborhood, etc. The property management however, sucks. Will monitor who visits you at your home, inflate fees, they have a rat issue, the neighbors and caretaker feel entitled to know what unit you live in—not their business. Can’t do laundry past 10pm when residents will hog the washer & dryer until closing time. Wouldn’t recommend for younger adults. It should honestly be a 55+ living facility.
do not live here your car will get stolen and so will your packages and management won’t do anything about it.
