I just recently moved here. The upkeep of the building is great, but the apartments are old and outdated. The apartment that I moved into was not the apartment that I initially applied for or wanted. There are water stains in the bathroom and hallway closet that look like it was from an old water leak. I took pictures of everything to document so I’m not charged for anything when I move out. The apartment itself is very spacious, pool is deep and clean, it’s a good neighborhood, etc. The property management however, sucks. Will monitor who visits you at your home, inflate fees, they have a rat issue, the neighbors and caretaker feel entitled to know what unit you live in—not their business. Can’t do laundry past 10pm when residents will hog the washer & dryer until closing time. Wouldn’t recommend for younger adults. It should honestly be a 55+ living facility.
do not live here your car will get stolen and so will your packages and management won’t do anything about it.
I moved into the Mendota in September and absolutely LOVE my apartment, I have a 1 bedroom unit that is very spacious, updated kitchen with nice granite countertops. Quiet and peaceful building, there is some highway noise if you are on the back side of the building facing highway but it is not terrible.
