My suggestions is to not move here. I have lived here for a year and there’s so many problems with this place. Starting with the plumbing, when I first moved in my bathroom sink and tub were clogged. Going back to when we first got approved we wanted a 4th floor apartment and Pat told us it was available until after we were approved he said someone else took the apartment so we had to take a 3rd floor apartment. We recently moved in and have had a great experience so far. Pat, the property manager, has been incredibly helpful and responsive from day one, which made the whole transition smooth and stress-free. Maintenance has also been excellent—quick to respond and thorough. The community itself is very welcoming, and it’s clear the property is well cared for. I had a very disappointing experience living in this apartment. The biggest issue was the water problems, which were constant and never properly fixed. Water pressure was unreliable, and there were frequent interruptions without notice. Maintenance was slow to respond and often ignored requests altogether. Management did not take tenant concerns seriously, which made living here very frustrating. overall, this apartment was not worth the rent.
