Went in for a required follow up. Treated poorly by the office staff. I'm taking my business else where after 10+ years of coming here. Apparently all they care about is the money and not patient care.
I came here when I was really sick and they took great care of me. The front desk staff is always wonderful and friendly and Heather Harris is a god send. She is very kind and easy to talk to. I am grateful I found this place because now I won't go anywhere else!!
I LOVE treating with Dr. Striblen - he is very knowledgeable and takes time with his patients. However, today, I am somewhat frustrated....been on hold for 12 minutes waiting to make an appointment!!! No bueno....
