This place is a nightmare. My adult daughter is trapped there right now because they haven't let her see the doctor assigned to her after being there 5 days so far. She is completely stable and they are not adjusting her meds. My daughter might have pneumonia and has had a horrible cough, chest pains, and fevers and they haven't even given her Advil when she asked. The staff treats the patients terribly. They also let one patient get into 2 fist fights, throw a chair, and scream in my daughter's face that she was going to ki... read more

Worst place !
I ha a great experience with this hospital. The staff I interacted with was very professional and kind. The facility could be better, but overall, it was better than a lot of hospitals I have been to in the past.

As a clinical therapist they place you in groups with 15+ in the adolescent groups and 18+ in the 5-8 yr old groups; most of the time without help b/c they won't replace the techs that quit or get fired. You will not grow professionally and there is no help when you ask questions (especially in Arlington). There is a lot of drama (fights between staff and total lack of management/supervision, esp in Arlington) and the environment is so far from professional that I wouldn't go back even if they doubled my salary, lots of favo... read more

I Was just discharged on 4/27. This "facility" needs to be inspected by the state. I wasn't even supposed to be admitted. I went in for a simple evaluation for addiction, and before I knew it I was being locked up like a prisoner. Please families out there steer clear of this place. There are many other places for loved ones. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
