A terrible experience. Do not send your loved ones there!
As a former nurse there. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE FOR TREATMENT!!! Unless you want them to recieve a third world quality of care.! The building is filthy, the nurses and staff are loud, ghetto, rude, and pick fights with the kids. I witnessed staff watch kids get attacked by other kids and do nothing! Your children have to be careful, because they might be attacked by other more aggressive older kids. No communication in a week and a half regarding my severely ill adult daughter, who is unable to advocate for herself. Visits are only allowed 3 times a week, phone calls are transferred to a phone that just rings and rings. Now even the main number has stopped working, so no one can communicate from inside or outside. Can't leave a message. Finally got through to someone who said phones have been out of order for 2 days. They can't transfer your call and your loved one can't call anyone. Not acceptable.
My son was in your hospital from 1-23-18 to 3-8-18. I called the hospital several times nobody ever returned the calls. When my son was released you sent him home in a paper gown. He came there in clothes and brought two sets of clothes with him. Where are Hi clothes?
My daughter just got out on 3/5/2018. Lets just say, she came out worse than she went in. She had no marks when she was admitted. Now she has cut marks, nail marks on her face from a fight. Huge bruises on her legs and knees.Apparently they allow the kids to shut the doors and fight it out (but when my daughter is not a fighter and someone is there wanting to fight that is their job to protect these kids) I understand it is a lot for the staff to take on, but I have personally encountered many times they are too busy cuttin... read more
These reviews can't be real...absolutely NOT possible! This place is horrific! I spent 5 hours trying to get my child from this joke of a "hospital". I finally had to get an attorney involved because they refused to release MY child to me. They first told me if I removed him before 10 days, I would have to pay them, they would not bill insurance. They then said it was up to the doctor and they would call him. Of course, I was told my son couldn't leave for another 24 hours. I made it known I was not leaving without my child ... read more
Absolutely awful place and needs to be shutdown!!! I would give zero stars if it were an option.
Unrulz staff, wouldnt let me talk to my son, piss on the floor, solid 4 to light 5. would go again.
