The worst place in Indiana. Staff very ignorant, non-trained and ignorant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT at all. Such a bad place to be. It needs to be shut down.
I really enjoy living at Sundance. I moved here in Feb 2010 and will happily be renewing my lease next week. I looked at many different properties before I arrived at Sundance. It was the staff that won me over. They were very professional and comfortable to be around. They addressed all of my questions and were very accommodating. Ignorant and unprofessional staff.
I am currently living at Sundance at the crossing and regret the day I decided to move in. Cosmetically, Sundance looks like the perfect complex. The appear to have nice living spaces, luxury extra ammenities, friendly staff, etc. Unfortunetly, it is no so picture perfect. My boyfriend and I have been living with bed bugs for months now, despite our effort to have this resolved with the complex's management and maintainence.
