We are trying to move in from a different city to Sundance Apartment. The service we received so far is quite shocking! We are telling you our own experiences and please check out it BBB rating C! Well this place is disappearing!
It's a good thing these apartments will be knocked down in the next few years. After living here for a year, I was told I would need to start paying pet rent for my 2 animals after already paying a hefty deposit (I was apparently supposed to start from day 1 but they caught it after 11 months & it was never on my lease…). Don't let the gates fool you as a safety feature. The first year of living here, the front one was never closed. Now they are hit & miss when they actually stay closed or not.
