Found them to be reliable and dependable and they were running the same bike manufacturer's on-line black Friday sale but with FREE assembly if you bought the bike from them! They even gave the same discount offered by the OEM for accessories. After registering the bike with the OEM, the OEM sent me a rack bag with panniers and a side mirror as well! Over 1,000 miles now and still holding together & operating like brand new. Makes riding to South Pointe Park feel like a welcoming cool breeze.
