I really didn't know what to expect after the passing of Dr. Gocke. I have been to the office a few times for a cleaning and to have a tooth looked at that had bothered me.
A crown popped off over the weekend-I called the office on Monday, and although I had not been in to the office in almost 3 years, was given an appointment for that day. Unfortunately the tooth had to be pulled-but Dr. Sines and wonderful staff took the time to complete the procedure on that same day.
I hate the dentist...well, I did when I was a kid (probably because I have a mouth full of silver). I have only had to have cleanings these past few years, so I was nervous when I had to get a filling replaced. I had nothing to be nervous about! Things went smoothly and quickly...and the experience was pain free!
I recently had a root canal, and I was worried because I have had some bad dental experiences at other offices. Dr. Sines was wonderful!!!!!!! I experienced no pain, was completely happy with the procedure. The entire staff makes you feel at home. I recommend this practice to everyone. They make going to the dentist a good experience.
Unfortunately I had to have a tooth extracted, but the professional and wonderful dentist and staff sure made it easier.
The receptionist seated me in the treatment room and left me to watch TV of my choice with the remote. The dentist greeted me, reviewed my case, numbed me, and left me to finish up with another patient. Then, he quickly returned with his assistant to do my filling and have me out of his office within well under an hour. This was personable dental care in a quick, efficient, and friendly environment.
I was in and out in such a short time frame! Everyone was friendly and super efficient!
Excellent experience. Friendly staff. Efficient procedure. Would recommend the dental group to friends.
