I referred one of my patients to this hospice group and never heard back about her. Turns out she had died 2 weeks ago and they never even told me. I never heard back about any care they were providing for her or how she was progressing. Providers, I would not recommend you choose this hospice for your patients. Choose a company that communicates with you better.
I had the pleasure of meeting and working with chaplain Greg Bilbruck for a funeral service. He is very personable and made the family feel at ease with his beautiful message. He was such a kind soul and you could tell he really cared for the family and for the work he does every day! It is obvious he is in the right profession and he has a true calling for the work he does!
Suncrest staff are always prompt when needing assistance. They are always reliable. Jeremy is extremely personable and nice to everyone he encounters.
Suncrest is my go-to company for hospice care. They are very fast and considerate when working with families in need. I would 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a hospice agency:)
