Came out for intake interview. Wrote down personal health information and looked at hospital charts. Said they would report back, never heard from them again. Poor communication. No follow though. The hospice we ended up with has been great and has stared they would never recommend Suncrest to anyone.
They took the best care of my dad. They helped my family through every step.
My Family had the pleasure of using Suncrest for my Mother's final days on Earth. Meagan was our nurse and she was absolutely amazing! She felt like family too in my Mom's Final days, and I can't even thank her enough for all that she did. I referred one of my patients to this hospice group and never heard back about her. Turns out she had died 2 weeks ago and they never even told me. I never heard back about any care they were providing for her or how she was progressing. Providers, I would not recommend you choose this hospice for your patients. Choose a company that communicates with you better.
I had the pleasure of meeting and working with chaplain Greg Bilbruck for a funeral service. He is very personable and made the family feel at ease with his beautiful message. He was such a kind soul and you could tell he really cared for the family and for the work he does every day! It is obvious he is in the right profession and he has a true calling for the work he does!
