We recently had a very unfortunate and terrible experience with Suncrest Hospice in Tulsa. Our mother (suffering from dementia) had been living in an Assisted Living facility and under Suncrest Hospice Care for approximately 15 month. (I live out of state and was mostly managing her care from afar). During that time, she had about 8 different nurses assigned to her care. Suncrest was absolutely wonderful in helping us to care for my dad.
Came out for intake interview. Wrote down personal health information and looked at hospital charts. Said they would report back, never heard from them again. Poor communication. No follow though. The hospice we ended up with has been great and has stared they would never recommend Suncrest to anyone.
They took the best care of my dad. They helped my family through every step.
My Family had the pleasure of using Suncrest for my Mother's final days on Earth. Meagan was our nurse and she was absolutely amazing! She felt like family too in my Mom's Final days, and I can't even thank her enough for all that she did. Andrew and Tanner are the chaplains that we had and they prayed over my mom in her final days and prayed with my family on numerous occasions. I would give this company 10 stars if I could!
