We are incredibly grateful for Carrie Huang from Suncrest Hospice. She was almost always available whenever we needed her—even on weekends—and would respond quickly to help us navigate any challenges. When my mom was in the emergency room, me and my dad were panicking if my mom will be leaving us. Thankfully the social worker-Ms. Guan who was very nice in the hospital introduced Carrie who work for Suncrest Hospice to us.
