We picked Suncrest for our parent's hospice service because Rowena was so knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. She went right to work for us after a long detailed phone call. Following an unexpected and unfortunate slip and fall before the Thanksgiving Holiday, my 97 year old mother fractured her left knee and subsequently sucked into the vortex of the hospital ecosystem. I worked with a hospice nurse for 2 months as part of my continuin education as a nurse, seeing clients and families, while also attending team meetings. I was very impressed by the quality of care the nurse showed. She was compassionate, skilled, and very caring. I saw her really put families at ease during often difficult and stressful times. My brother just passed this week. I am so grateful to Suncrest for all the help and support! They let me know of my brother’s condition after every visit with him three times a week.His nurse Jomel is amazing. What a great organization!
We were helping a church member to look for hospice care and got Carrie’s number at Suncrest. Carrie picked up my call right away and facilitated to get a nurse out in two hours. Our church member got admitted to hospice on the same day with Suncrest and passed away peacefully in the next day. It was a seamless process and the family was truly grateful of the tender care provided even in a short period of time.
