I have lived here for a little over two years, the neighbors are great. The area is very quiet and I love that we are surrounded by trees. That is the only positive. The property manager is very rude and try’s to treat us as if we were under HOA. We are not. I’ve been told my children can’t play with chalk outside, my children’s riding toys aren’t allowed to be outside. Apparently it looks trashy is what she stated.
