Called for quote , guys came out and took measurements of one window I needed replaced. 3-4 weeks later when I call to see why I haven't received a quote , I get told that they can't do a window that size! They were told size of window before coming to give quote but could have at least called back and told me they can't do a window that size , instead of leaving me on hold this long while I could have already had another installer do the work. I can't comment on anything past not even calling me back but that in itself says... read more
