Shocking, dangerous incompetence. Scripts are written by poorly-trained neophytes without M.D. Patient pays for specialist, but instead gets "teletherapy" from some kid rambling on about epinehrine in Effexor, ends up upping the Effexor to the max, and then you discover that not Effexor but another drug (Wellbutrin, also upped to the max) is waiting for you at CVS.
