We had Suncastle manage our property and when we switched management companies (late April) we discovered that they had not paid our Short Term Rental license fee that was due April 5, 2023. As an owner I have incurred a $250 late fee which they refuse to rectify.

We had Suncastle manage our property for about a year. When we switched management companies we discovered that they had not paid our Short Term Rental license fee from March of 2022. As an owner I have incurred a $250 late fee which they have yet to rectify. Not to mention the fee that was so supposed to be covered during their time as property managers. Light keepers View Property Rental. We stayed at this SunCastle managed property over 2022 Christmas holiday. Altho a beautiful home, it was not set up well for a rental. We stayed 3 nights in a house that offered no heat on the main floor or the master crows nest suite. The hot water heaters are insufficient for a home with 7 beds , there were no wash cloths, no dish cloths, no toilet paper, no paper towels, insufficient dish washer detergent, and the list of lacks go on.
