Privately owned hotel so you're supporting a local business, the place has everything you need, microwave, tv, ac, heater, is very quiet at night and around 100$ which is half the price of the travelodge and hotel that are 5mn away where I stayed that only have a slightly bigger seating area. Definitely don't overthinking it, book the place. The staff will be more than welcome to accommodate all your needs.
Save your money...not worth the price! There is no spa to speak of and the hot tub sized pool has been drained. They say for covid...hmmm....the upstairs walk way to your room is sketchy. Seems as though it could fall thru at any second. It has been repaired with ply wood in spots but still very spongey. Our refrigerator was either broken or turned off. The staff was not very talkative they were a bit straight forward rooms smelled a little weird there was homeless around the rooms at night time and the pool was not open did not let us know when we did reservation
