Very nice people and good equipment called that morning for a rental and was able to pick it up in a hour
Those guys are great. They were very accommodating and friendly. I was even taken back into the lot to view the rental before I made a decision to rent it. I will definitely rent from them again.
Rented a trailer unit and they forgot to attach a license-plate to it. Because I couldn’t use it that day, it sent a ripple effect down our schedule resulting in major delays in completing the job. They comped us 7 days, but when we went over that, they wouldn’t budge on a day. The manager was unsympathetic to our issues. This was actually the second delay we faced with these trailer units.
