The Caledonia Sunbelt Rentals location is great. The front desk staff is always friendly & helpful, and the mechanics do a great job keeping the equipment in good condition. I have used them many times and the rentals are always ready on time, communication is great, and the whole process is smooth. Highly recommend the Caledonia location.
Rented heaters, seemed to have problems weekly. They informed us they would keep us on a "keep fill" basis, only to find out they DO NOT refund you for the fuel! I had 2 tanks one at 65% and the other at 75% ( 500 gallon tanks) when they were picked up. Waited for a credit, never received one. Called Our rep "Shawn Roller" asking about the credit he stated they DO NOT give credit back for the fuel that you purchased! Save your money people, use a company that values your worth!
Very good service. Everyone was so helpful on the phone and in person, rental desk and the young man that loaded the equipment. High quality equipment, just what we needed to make our job easier!
