I used Sunbelt Appraisals earlier this year when purchasing my first home. Not only was Alex extremely professional but he helped with any questions I had as buying a home for the first time is quite an overwhelming experience. He explained to me the similarities and differences between the comps in the area and how the market was currently acting. His expertise was more valuable than words can explain and I will be using Sunbelt Appraisals for years to come because of it.

He appraised our home for lower than all three comps he used. Not happy to get low balled. Not sure if he knows what he's doing. I will not be using him ever again. Sorry it's not about how nice you are it's about the job you did.
