As a previous 2 yr card holder, its easier to choose which option is better for you: obtain your records from the past 12 months from your dr(s)for free " usually" and bring them in without paying extra to have them faxed over. or pay the extra fee to have them faxed in. Unfortunately all clinics ask for a fee for this. I get my records free and bring them in. I got my card through this place because my fiancé recommended it. Although my card has not expired yet his just expired a week and a half ago and he just called to make an appointment to go get his card renewed and they told him that he had to bring in new medical records or just a bunch of extra money to get it renewed, I think that that is a perfect example of bureaucracy taking advantage of citizens at its finest. #SCAM thank you for not telling us that we had to get it renewed before it expired or you would charge us a ... read more
