It would have 5 stars for the tucson location. The front desk was great, the doctor who finalized all my stuff was great too. But the gentleman who examined my knee was very rude, and he actually damaged it bad, and my coworker suffered a knee injury that same day from the same sketchy "test" he did on my knee. If you go to this place do not let them manipulate any of your joints. Dude will destroy your damn knee Idk what to do.

I honestly wish there was a zero star rating available for this business. Long story short they have a website issue that took all of my personal and confidential information including credit card, scheduled me and then when I show up 5 min early even for my appointment all I get is a smug sarcastic look from the girl behind the desk saying sorry our website made a mistake and no one can see you. It was a renewal and my second time there. The staff was very knowledgeable and were able to get everything done quickly. In and out in under an hour.
This is now my 3rd visit with Sun Valley.. Took a year off from getting my card.. Good to know the environment and A+ customer service is still running strong... Will definitely come back next year and will send anyone that needs there cards there way..
Horrible customer service, doctors and policies. Will never step foot in this place again. Its a scam to get you to see their doctor and charge you a bunch of extra money. They will not accept a real doctors own words and diagnosis. SCAM!!!
