RecommendedI’m a new customer and I’m now a huge fan. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. The associate (I didn’t get her name but she was great) went through all the different packages and then helped me find the perfect lotion. The salon was immaculate and the beds are perfect.

Can you please explain why you raised your prices during a crisis? Also when minimum wage hasnt changed in 10 years, and people are struggling? I've been with yll for many years, but doing this, you're making a path for another company to come in for competition. You havent fixed your fastest bed in Number 2 for 5 years that I know of, simple things, yet that 50, 60, 70, and now 80 dollars a month cant fox a small plastic vent piece? Seems your priorities are no longer your customers, but getting greedy.
