Everyone is so nice and always willing to answer a question, no matter how bust they are. The beds are great, the instant is my fav.
I have gone there since 2012. I've been a loyal customer (literally staff--check what I've purchased from you all over the last 5 years).. waited in the long line.. never complained and here I am BEFORE 11pm (and no NOT 5 minutes before 11) when they claim to close and I am watching them standing there BEFORE 11 closing up. When your time claims to be open til 11 y'all should be open til 11. I don't care how "slow" it's been. I am very upset.
Terrible! Always waiting. This place needs help. Even if you check in you can never get into a bed!!!
I don't understand why Sun Tan City bought out Express Tan and chose not to keep all the locations open. It's RIDICULOUS how long the wait is even with mobile check in!
Staff are always friendly and helpful.. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere.. Always a pleasant experience at Sun Tan city no matter which location I choose... Would highly recommend anyone looking to start tanning to check out sun tan city
