There are a few very nice gals that work at this location. But, there are a few who are horribly rude! They will not help you and if you ask a question they look at you like your dumb. I filed a complaint with the company and didn't even hear back from a manager. Very poor customer service and poor business! Not the line of work for rude and unprofessional people!
The people were so rude to me! I will never come here again. Not only were they rude, but the lady did not even give me what I asked for. I asked to get the darkest spray tan there is. I am a very fair skinned person (naturally being a red head) and there is barely a difference in my skin tone. What a waste of time and energy.
Never ever sign up to have them take it out of your acct. And when you cancel they don't cancel they still take it out of your account. Now have to dispute fraud with bank.
Love this place!!!! Staff is awesome!!!! Need different stickers lol! Would never tan elsewhere!
Great beds, but the service is poor... I feel like when I come in that I'm bothering the employees rather then them being more than happy to help me. I cancelled my membership because of this and went to Hollywood Tan.
